The problem

A San Fernando Valley party rental business, open since 1993, runs a WordPress and WooCommerce store with 268 products. In October 2026 a critical PHP vulnerability and several plugin vulnerabilities needed fixing.

What we built

  • A tent-rental hub page and a trust section on the homepage
  • A reorganized category tree with 301 redirects so old links keep working
  • SEO copy for each category
  • An instruction manuals page with 7 guides written as real text
  • Dance floor size charts as real tables, not images
  • Customer photo upload through a branded QR code
  • Security response in October 2026: every fix tested on a private copy first, with outgoing email safely blocked there
  • Upgrades from WooCommerce 10.6 to 11.2, WordPress 6.8 to 7.1 and PHP 8.1 to 8.3
